2025年8月11日,南京林业大学林草、水土保持学院青钱柳团队的徐展宏和杨万霞为共同第一作者在Plants上发表题为Foliar Morphoanatomical and Phytochemical Variations Shape Resistance to Key Insect Herbivores and Leaf Quality in Cyclocarya paliurus的研究论文。
为揭示基因型-食草动物互作对叶片品质的影响,本研究以胡桃科植物青钱柳种质资源库为对象,系统分析叶片化学成分、形态解剖结构及虫食损害率的变异规律。结果表明:叶片厚度较大的基因型虫害较轻,而气孔密度较高的基因型更易遭受虫害。虫害率与叶片次生代谢物含量呈显著相关,但次生代谢物对虫害的响应具有类型特异性,且完整叶片与受损叶片间存在差异。基于叶片品质关键指标(三萜类、黄酮类、多酚类、青钱柳苷A、青钱柳苷B及青钱柳酸B含量),通过TOPSIS-聚类联合分析法将供试基因型划分为三个显著差异组,其中4个低虫害基因型展现出优先应用价值。本研究为选育兼具抗虫性与高品质的青钱柳优良品种提供了理论基础。
